I’m an arts consultant, creative producer and project / events manager. I make things happen and I bring people together.
I have years of experience in leadership and management roles in the cultural and creative sectors, where I have been very hands on: producing projects, project managing, devising and delivering complex events, and leading and developing organisations.
I’ve worked for and with festivals, theatres, arts centres, cinemas, outdoor arts organisations, charities and fledgling arts organisations. I’ve fundraised for and delivered large-scale creative projects which bring communities and inspiring artists together, offering an accessible artistic programme that spans the visual arts, written and spoken word, theatre, dance and music. I’ve produced theatre, project managed community arts activities and advised on everything from governance, new income and audience strategies, essential organisational policies and procedures and health and safety.
I’m versatile, highly motivated, goal focused, business minded and pride myself on being organised and dependable. I thrive on detail and enjoy managing multi-faceted projects, something my earlier legal career provided lots of opportunity for. I’m creative, enthusiastic, personable and above all believe in giving each role I take on my absolute best effort. I am always learning and I enjoy that about my work.
