I am a socially engaged artist and art workshop facilitator. My practice spans a range of disciplines including stop motion animation/claymation, papier-mâché, printmaking, appliqué, collage, painting and whittling. I am also a qualified Forest School Leader.
I have developed and delivered workshops for a number of organisations across the UK, and have experience working with D/deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent young people, primary and secondary school groups and adult community groups, as well as running drop in workshops for families.
My work often explores folklore, identity, social issues and the natural environment, as well as bringing objects, beings and environments together that wouldn’t usually be seen within the same space otherwise. I am frequently experimenting with new materials and techniques and encourage the use of recycling and repurposing unwanted items within my workshops.
I am always open to chatting with creatives about the possibilities of collaborations, or with organisations who are interested in finding out about the workshops I offer.
