Welcome to Wild Heather Wellness! I am a Hebden Bridge–based yoga teacher and Forest Therapy Practitioner (Complementary Medical Association–accredited), offering authentic, outdoorsy, and down-to-earth wellbeing experiences, with an emphasis on neurodivergent and queer communities. I offer group sessions, retreat days, workshops, and private/ 1:1 bookings.
My work sits at the intersection of self-care and nature connection, two spaces that often feel disconnected. Western wellness culture can be overwhelming, performative, and overly complicated, while the outdoor world can lean competitive, masculine, and inaccessible. I aim to bridge that gap by offering experiences that are simple, grounding, creative, and genuinely welcoming.
Through forest bathing, outdoor yoga, and nature-based workshops, I guide people to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the natural world. My sessions prioritise presence over performance, and curiosity over expectation, and creating space for people to arrive exactly as they are.
My approach is shaped by years of solo travel, working and living within different cultures, and facilitating spaces in wellness and community settings. I’m known for creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where people feel at ease quickly, and where connection happens naturally.
At its core, Wild Heather Wellness is about stripping things back, returning to nature, to simplicity, and to a more honest, human way of connecting.
