I’m Alixe, a creative director and founder of Flying Duck Studio Lab, an ethical and inclusive studio based in Hebden Bridge. My work spans design, animation, motion graphics and immersive storytelling, with a focus on positive impact and innovation.
About my journey with CalderdaleCreates:
For CalderdaleCreates, I designed and built the website and developed the brand identity, making sure it reflects the creativity, diversity, and collaborative spirit of our local cultural community. My aim was to create a platform that feels open, accessible, and inspiring — a space where artists, makers and organisations can showcase their work, connect, and find new opportunities. I worked closely with the team to shape a visual language that is modern yet rooted in place, helping CalderdaleCreates stand out as a hub that champions culture across the region.
